Universal ubiquitous connectivity is a must. I agree businesses have to embrace the tech, but also some investment must be made to make sure wherever people go they have access. People get used to having access at work, but then when they go home for the Christmas holidays there is no connection. Upgrades to the infrastructure and fibre to the masts... lets get digitalbritain rockin? Also at this time of year with difficult road conditions mobile is essential.
