Well, I’m just about to start a bit of exploration with this http://tinyurl.com/5tkb2y so will let you know how it goes.

For that we’re using a Ning network, online videos and the one page guides. The guides as a take-away to be re-used later on – but the rest of the process is driven by community and people learning from each other as much as from centrally prepared resources (that’s how the completely distributed 31 days to a better blog challenge I took part in last year worked as well…)
