Public Sector Forums have an entertaining if slightly worrying list of government and other public sector sites whose terms and conditions try and restrict who can link to them.

    That’s crazy! On occasion I get requests from people to link to our stuff and I’ve always wondered why they were wasting the breath. Yes, link! link! link! Please, link some more! I want you to see our material. But with these comprehensive no-linky policies, I can understand why people are asking.
