I can’t see the presentation (like most things Google, it seems not to like it if you don’t let them track you) so thanks for the notes. I’m a bit frustrated that there are so many voluntary and private groups involved in this. Why aren’t the NHS or the health mutuals opening up health care more?

Then again, the NHS doesn’t offer accessible (20mins bicycle, 1hr walk, 1h30 by buses) and responsive (twice-daily wardialling to get an appointment, and a 2-hour window to phone up for test results but no after-test care) services in my local area, so they probably should concentrate on fixing that first.

Thanks for your informative post.

I would just like to point out that there must have been some confusion over Mohammad' explanation of how we schedule consultations at 3G Doctor.

We don't "Phone back after 24 hours so have time to consider" so no need to worry. We are operational 24 hours a day and normally respond within the hour.
