Awesome stuff Dave. It'll be great to be able to point delegates to Ourpress rather than WordPress when it comes to my "you have no excuse just go and do it" bit of my rants!

Hi Dave - this looks like an inspired mix of Google apps and Wordpress!
I'm currently experimenting with socialreporter.com on Google apps, and socialreporter.wordpress.com.
Haven't quite figured (as you have) how to map to blog.socialreporter.com
Anyway, OurPress looks like a great solution for small organisations to get started.
Can they have their own own domain, with their own Google apps? Then I could move across:-)
